Josh is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator of family law disputes and collaborative attorney. He graduated from the highest ranked law school in the Southeast, Emory School of Law, where he gained trial experience as a member of Moot Court Society. While in law school he focused his research on legal writing, which helps him draft "airtight" agreements that are detailed and precise, leaving no room for lawyers to argue over ambiguity.
Perhaps most importantly, Josh offers the perspective of a person whose parents were divorced shortly after he was born. He has learned from his own parents' mistakes and struggles, and is always aware of the effects that your decisions will have on your children and the people around you.
Josh received his J.D from Emory School of Law in 2008, and M.B.A from the University of Miami School of Business in 2015. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst with two bachelors degrees in Psychology and Legal Studies in 2000.
